Infernal Tenebra announces new drummer
Croatian death/thrash metallers Infernal Tenebra have announced the addition of drummer Sebastian Stell to their lineup. Stell played with grind-core band Mercenary Cockroach among other bands, together with guitarist Ivo Petrovic who joined the band in 2009.
Following the recent departure of Sandi Orbanic (2005-2013) due to personal obligations, the band sought a permanent replacement. After the first audition and rehersal with Stell, it became obvious he’s the best choice, and he was asked to join as a full-time member.
“We’re proud to have Sebastian Stell in our band”, says guitarist/vocalist Darko Etinger, “He’s an extremely talented and focused drummer, capable of bringing a significant contribution to the band’s sound.”
Stell’s first appearance with Infernal Tenebra is scheduled for June 7th, 2013 at Underwall Festival, Zadar, Croatia in support of bands such as Xentrix, Destruction, Max Pie and more.
Infernal Tenebra released their critically acclaimed album “New Formed Revelations” on December 7th, 2012, via Massacre Records. The album was mixed and mastered by Jens Bogren (Kreator, Soilwork, Amon Amarth etc.) at Fascination Street Studios in Sweden. The artwork and design was carried out by Gustavo Sazes (Sepultura, Arch Enemy, Firewind etc.). Infernal Tenebra recently played Bloodstock Open Air festival in UK, Trondheim Metalfest in Norway and Power, Prog & Metal Fest in Belgium among many.
The band is currently working on their second video for the song “The Art of Survival”, produced by Igor Malecic (Meisterwerk Productions). The video for “Blood Stained Canvas” taken from the album “New Formed Revelations” can be seen below.
